Israel

I made my entry in Israel in 1997 on a visit to the South in a holiday paradise called Eilat. My primary goal was to do some Red Sea diving. When I travelled the Far East I was always told that the best diving in the world was the Red Sea. And it really was great as soon as I got away from the touristy dive sites. But of course Israel has much more to offer its tourists above sea level. I went to Jerusalem for three days. I am not a religious man, but I got to admit that when I had been in Jerusalem for the three days I felt some sort of attraction to it all, probably because I was born curious. On the way back to Eilat I went for a swim in the salty Dead Sea. Really cool experience!! And really cool Israel.
